Sales Administrator - the perfect blend of right and left brain
TheHomeMag is hunting for that hands-on Sales Administrator to support local sales professionals and designers in our advertising markets. Having been publishing for seventeen years throughout the U.S., we’ve dialed in the processes and systems to make a magazine successful. We simply need that sharp skilled team player to implement our systems, support and collaborate with the sales team, coordinate with our accounting, and ensuring that every ad is timely.
Some have described this role as air traffic control landing and sending planes without a bead of sweat, one that is actively coordinating and supporting the activities and production of the sales, design, and accounting team. This job is very dynamic and fast paced within our repeating 4-week sales cycle for each Issue we publish. It will involve seeking leads for sales, assisting sales in client retention, coordinating design and sales, and keeping the entire team in the know at all times of where we are, where we want to go, and how to close that gap. It’s keeping all the trains full and running on time without incident.

Talented newspaper and magazine professionals who are accustom to weekly and monthly deadlines, collaborating with sales, a design approval process, and coordinating a small team toward meeting revenue and ad/page expectations.
